Hammer Mini H Quad v3.0 Plans

The Hammer Mini H Quad v3.0 is a 240mm motor-to-motor, symmetrical H frame with a suggested propeller size of 5 inches. The main frame plates are ideally milled from 1.5mm fibreglass or 1mm Carbon Fibre, and the arms and legs from 3mm Carbon Fibre. It is recommended that the arms are milled from 3mm carbon fibre to reduce the harmonic resonance experienced with thinner materials. The frame has enough room to accommodate full-sized FPV equipment and incorporates the vibration dampening solution for compact cameras like the Mobius. Motor mounting patterns support all popular mini motors on the market at the moment (MN1806, x2204, RCX1804 and A1510). The design allows the ESCs to be tucked between the frame for a clean build.

Version 3 has reduced MTM distance by 20mm and features arms that use the same mounting pattern as Blackout’s popular mini quadrotors, providing a great source of spare parts for those in a hurry.

I provide plans for my projects so that you are free to design, make derivatives and sell any works that you create from them. In return I ask that you provide a reference to the original source and identify where you have made changes. This will allow everyone to benefit from the works that are shared here, now and in the future. Donations may be made to the addresses in the footer.
