Three enterprise software startups disclosed fresh venture capital this week, spanning cloud financial management, AI-driven business analytics and automated residential leasing. The deals illustrate continued investor appetite for software that helps companies control infrastructure spending, standardize data definitions and reduce manual operational work.
Archera scales cloud spend management with $15 million Series C
Archera, a Bellevue, Washington-based cloud financial technology company, raised $15 million in a Series C round led by Pivot Investment Partners, with participation from existing backer HighSage Ventures. Founded in 2019 by Aran Khanna and Nikhil Khanna, the company builds software that helps enterprises commit to cloud infrastructure contracts more efficiently while hedging against shifting compute demand. Archera says it now manages roughly $5.6 billion in annual cloud and AI expenditure for customers and has generated more than $700 million in documented savings. The company describes itself as profitable. Proceeds will go toward expanding its insurance-backed purchasing guarantees - a mechanism that lets customers lock in cloud discounts without fully absorbing the risk of underused commitments - along with new international partnerships and enterprise sales teams covering North America, Europe, the Middle East, Japan and Latin America.
Querio raises $5 million to unify AI analytics and data governance
London-based Querio announced $5 million in cumulative funding alongside the commercial launch of its AI analytics platform. BMW i Ventures led the seed round, joined by LAUNCH, Haatch Ventures, Araya Ventures, Forum Ventures and Secways. Co-founders Rami Abi Habib (CEO) and Javier Bonilla (CTO) started the company in 2024 to address a common enterprise problem: inconsistent business metrics across dashboards, databases and AI assistants. Querio's platform aims to keep definitions aligned across these systems while supporting developer integrations, automated reporting and migration of existing business intelligence assets. Neither valuation nor revenue figures were disclosed; funding will primarily support engineering and customer acquisition.
Lette automates residential leasing with $6.5 million seed round
AI property technology startup Lette secured $6.5 million in seed funding led by Peak, with participation from Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive, Adeline and Intercom co-founder Des Traynor. Founded by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette builds AI agents that handle tenant inquiries, maintenance coordination, rent collection and other leasing tasks for residential property managers. The platform already supports more than 30,000 residential units across the United Kingdom and Ireland, with customers including JLL and other institutional operators. The company has opened a London office and grown its team sixfold over the past year; new funding will support engineering, customer operations and a planned expansion into additional European markets in 2027.
